Because my vet was out of Sentinel, I am now using Trifexis. You need to give it after a meal to avoid nausea, but that was also the case with Sentinel. My pups got their second dose three days ago, and I made sure that I would be home all day to observe them and know if anything was amiss. So far, so good, no problems.
