I confess that exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday. Must be a Kentucky thing. Or, did you go messing with your settings yesterday or anything? (I did try to change something else on my settings on YT yesterday, so was wondering if that caused it, even though I had tried before to get e-mail notifications.)
