I feel for you. My Ginny Joy vomits every time she goes for a car ride. I travel and take my Yorkies almost every where. For longer trips, we have to medicate her. But short trips to the doggy park, vet etc. I avoid feeding her for 3 hours before leaving if poss. Ginny weighs almost 7 pounds so she is ok to go a few hours with out food. I also give her dry crackers ( salt free) which seems to help.
