Get her to the vet right away! Wake her up... don't let her go to sleep. Rub her to get her circulation going.... Carry her with you ... call the vet and tell them you're on the way, that it's an emergency.
If her tongue doesn't pink up after stimulating her.... check her heartbeat... go to a fire station if closer than the vet.... they can do CPR...
