The bag isn't leather. It's okay quality...not great quality in my book....zippers aren't top of the line.
I have the small alex in black, a large alex in black croc. and a large alex in cream with faux snake skin handles.
While my ZoE is big, I'd recommend the large no matter what. The pockets on the large are bigger also making them more functional for YOU, and the bigger size gives your pup more ventilation & room on hot days, and on cold winter days, you can put an extra blankie in there.
My large black croc I keep in my car all the time incase I have ZoE with me and need to run in somewhere.
