You would use the same commands as you do for pad/paper training. Her "name" and "go potty". Try to have a designated spot or spots that you will stop at each time you go for a walk and than make those a regular stop on her walks. Encourage her to potty there and reward her with lots and lots of praise when she goes. Until she gets the hang of it I would also go the same way each time. That way she has time to gets use to routine walks and stops.
One other thing that I would suggest is to allow her to sniff around a bit. Just not every single thing but enough to let her get the scent of other dogs that might encourage her to do her business. (But only after she has had all of her shots)
Oh and dont forget your pooper scooper !!
