Is Ice Cream bad if it is low fat/no fat? I guess there is such a thing out there. I remember Oprah had those fat free chocolate fudge cicles...now they looked good. She said we can find them in the grocery stores so I guess that kind of stuff is Ok? Plus ice cream is dairy...that's OK right? Just learning as we go here
