I still have my late little Jilly's yellow round plush Smiley Face with arms and legs that she came home with from the breeder. She destroyed every other toy she ever had but that one. It is the worse for wear and kind of dirty and has one skinny leg almost torn off but, oh, she loved her Smiley. She kept him with her throughout the day most days and every night but she would never take him outside. No other dog was allowed to touch him! I can't wash or repair old Smiley as he must stay exactly as she left him. But if something happened to Smiley while she was still alive, I know I would be busy trying to replace him as best I could and hope she would accept the new one. She really loved Smiley!
