Jeanie so happy to hear it is something relatively simple, but gosh that is painful ITB. Now I really shouldn't aid an abet you given your doc's orders to rest, but if you have a rolling stool or office chair maybe you can sit on it and roll yourself here n there around the house to do a few necessary things.
