Does he cough or choke when you have a collar and leash on him? My Gracie can't take even a little pressure on her throat. Maybe your guy has a stronger trachea but I would still be really careful about pulling on a collar with him.
Try making him sit before you start walking. If he starts pulling then don't more until he stops. If you can teach him that he does not get his way by pulling he may get the idea and stop. |
