You will have to take the pup out periodically during the night right now. You will notice as she gets a little older it won't be as frequently, then not at all. Cowboy was completely crate trained by the time he was 9 weeks old and always sleeps throught the night. However, my 7.5 month old pups still don't mind going to the bathroom in their crates. Each dog is an individual. It may seem tiring right now, but it does get better
