OH I HATE PETSMART GROOMING...
back when Harrison was about 9 months, I took him to petsmart for his grooming, my first groomer had retired and I was gromminless..LOL well, I was in shock when they called me on the phone and told me he would not be ready for pick up for another hour, so I recluctanly agreed to wait the extra hour, and when finally I got there Harry was shaking and scared, and SHAVED, I know he did NOT had any matts and I had requested a yorkie cut, well i had it, I paid my bill after talking to the manager and walked away from there, and Harry has NEVER been back to any of those places, I looked for a small town friendlier and loving grooming shop.. sorry it happen to you too..
