hi Theresa and Riley,
Fenway does wear a collar in the house with a bell on, so we know where she is with being so small. She usually wears a harness outside with her dog tags on when going for a walk. She has also been micro chipped.
It's something i've done right from the beginning as she didn't take to walking with the collar and lead idea.
