I'm so sorry to read this and what a terrible shock to you all. I can't imagine what must have happened to little Hershey but likely anything that unexpected was sudden and involved no suffering. It sounds like your poor mom is going to need a lot of support and love as she grieves his terrible loss. Perhaps a pet grief support group could help her if she would attend. I will add your family to my prayer list and hope that one day the sweet memories of Hershey's life with begin to replace these terrible days when your pain is so fresh. Give your mom hugs and kisses from Tibbe and me, please and add some for yourself.
