 We docked ours ourselves
We docked our Giant Schnauzer puppies ourselves versus the trauma and cost of taking them to a vet. We removed dew claws and docked tails per the breed standard.
We watched videos on youtube to learn and we used forceps and our fingers. That's it. I was not pleasant, but the pups were unharmed. Same outcome as going to the vet. We used white oak bark capsules to stop bleeding. We found the liquid bandage glue to be useless. Pups are doing fine. |
