Maybe she's trying to tell you she likes the water and needs her own kiddie pool.
Is there any design in the bottom of the bowl that she is seeing or is it an aluminum dish that she may be seeing her reflection? Just a thought.
I guess I'm lucky. Mine doesn't play in the water, but she is a messy drinker. I just needed a waterproof placemat under her dish and no more water problems. Good luck!
I always put crushed ice in Kacee's water, but just to make it nice and cold.
