What a dear little "old soul" he looks to be. Know he's not physically old but he just gives off a bit of that old soul aura in that picture - as if he'd been around and seen too much in his short time here. Needs a good settled forever home and a momma who will just dote on him and work on his potty habits with him in a loving and patient manner but love him no matter what.
