Does your dog wear a collar?

Riley has his Buddy Belt that I have his ID tag on. I have his dog license and rabies tags on my key ring, since they are both Gigantic..... and he is never outside without me.

I only put his Buddy Belt on him when we are going out for walks.... so other than that, he is running around with nothing.... which is only inside.
My niece came to visit and thought it odd that he wasn't wearing a collar.
