I thought we were about over the whole surgery thing. We made it through surgery and even fighting him to keep the bandage on. Then the stitch popped and caused an infection in his knee. We got a round of antibiotics and managed to get the pus to stop. Today he comes in and his knee is a little swollen. It is also a little red. So I had a friend who is a nurse look at it who described it as looking a little "angry". She thinks there is another infection.
She told me to watch him and if he got worse to go to a walk in clinic. And if not then to take him to his doctor Monday. I thought he had it made. But looks like another set back. Any prayers for him will be greatly appreciated.
