I get why they are popular I do. I personally just don't agree to them. I pay 25.95 a month for Ralph's insurance and we get free blood work, free vet visits, and all vaccines are free. Well I guess not free but covered and so much more is covered. I will also say my state is very popular for letting there dogs sit outside in there backyard all day and never let them in there house. Which makes me cry when I see those dogs in the rain all alone
