It is good to take her to the vet for some basic blood work, to rule out any conditions first. It could just be the stress of the move, or the humidifier creating more thirst. I had a diabetic dog and he did start out with excessive thirst as his first symptom, but I wouldn't jump to any medical conclusion until you see the vet.
If they are out of water by the time you get home, I would suggest a larger bowl, just to be sure all their water needs are being met, and if she is drinking excessively right now, it may mean one of the others is not getting their share and that is why it is running out.
