Here are my suggestions. First, when you get home, pick her up and carry her outside so that she can burn off some energy and pee there (instead of in your house). She needs some exercise after having been cooped up all day. Remember, a tired puppy is a good puppy.

Second, if she's peeing all of the house, I would keep her contained except for when you are watching her closely.

Hopefully, you are not punishing her for pottying inappropriately but ARE giving her treats and praising her excitedly anytime she gets it right.
