If my co worker would decide to take him, I would tell her she will owe for transportation and neutering....I wouldnt want you to pay for neutering out of your own pocket....If she can not pay for transportation and neutering, she MAY NOT, STRICTLY IN MY OWN OPINION, be able to provide the vet care the baby needs. I hope I have not offended anyone with my personal opinion...just a thought directed to Donnainohio.....
