I know exactly where that is because we live right across Hwy 17 from BiLo....across from Towne Centre. It's a great little community. Everyone has dogs! One of thse days (soon!) I'm going to video our "doggie time" for you guys to see what our dog park is like! Not a real dog park but sortof! LOL.
