I'm right there with you! Mine will be 2 in July. Similar situation as yours, went from an apartment to a house and she's just not getting it. And she loves to pee on the bathroom rugs as well. I don't know how well it's going to work bc I just bought them, but I bought the washable pee pads one of the members here sells (
Washable and reusable dog and puppy pee pads, belly bands, and diapers by T. Bumpkins & Co.). I'm going to remove the rugs from the bathroom so she gets used to going on those and put them in all of her "spots" to go potty in. Mine loves to go in the kitchen too, next to the dinning table of all places, and doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with that.
So I'm hoping that by putting the pads in all of her favorite spots she will at least get pee pad trained. Have you tried that? Hang in there! Peanut will get it. He's so cute you can't really get mad at him for it.
