Good for you Kristy!! Credit cards can be a horrible item at times. I'm proud of you for cutting it up and moving on.
I'm guessing that most credit cards companies are NOT forgiving. They are in business to make money and anytime they are able to jack up that interest they surely will.
Our rule on credit cards is whatever is charged that month must be paid in full when the bill comes. I understand that this doesn't work for everybody but it sure does in our household.
