Wellll... Tiny Yorkies are specifically bred by human intervention rather than by pure genetics. The breed was originally developed from much larger breeds such as Scotties, Silkies, Australian Terriers. Some tiny Yorkie breeding practices are be rather barbaric and inhumane to say thr least.
