I know you must be scared to death. I would keep looking for another appt. even if it did mean breaking the lease. Nothing is worth your lives. He sounds like he is not all there. I would be out of there asap. Hope you can find something and feel safe again. THat would be horrible to have to live under those circumstantes. You don't know what people will do nowdays.
