okay in human medicine with a sprain the acronym is RICE. Rest Ice Compress and Elevate.

I would as Kristin says limit severly her activities; crate rest, and only leave crate to pee/poo. I you have ice packs that you can place around knee that would be the ice part. Or if not, pick up your darling - have an ice cube wrapped in a facecloth and as you pet her hold that ice over the knee. The compression can be a vet bandage. The elevation is more hard to do with a doggie. but you could hold up the leg while you are doing the icing.
