I would donate more to Yorkie Talk, Pay all members' vet bills and see all dogs were vetted, build a state of the art vet facility complete with MRI and labs, rehab and boarding and rescue. Special flight facility to fly pups and owners in for treatment and a hotel for them to stay in for free while getting treatment.
Then I'd buy a house, and an island, and a car or two.
