Here's the problem. Chanel is 13 weeks old so we have not started "formal" potty training. She does ok not good inside but if I take her out it doesn't matter if we are out 15 min or 2 hours as soon as her feet hit the inside floor she pees or poops. What gives? I don't like to keep her pinned ALL the time. Any suggestions?
