Poor baby! She is adorable. I agree with others, I would have her checked again, maybe even by an ophthalmologist. Bring the pictures with you. Max has had corneal ulcers in both eyes and his eyes do not glow in pics.
How long ago was the injury? Scarring would be visible at close range, a hazy or milky white, but it is doubtful that it cover the entire eye.
