I also have PetPlan on my little Roxi who was diagnosed with a genetic liver disease. PetPlan paid on all 3 sets of her bloodwork and her exploratory/liver biopsy. As stated above, you pick the level of coverage you need. I pay about $75 every 3 months...I have $100 deductible 90/10 (Specialty is 80/20).
