I have healthy paws, and it's been great so far. Sophia had a bout of stomach upset, causing us to go back to the vet every 2 or so weeks until we figured out what was wrong. Reimbursment is prompt! We have a 90% reimbursement and a $100 deductible and its about 32 a month.
The only downside is that you fill out a form and the vet (or the receptionist) has to sign/stamp the paper. EVERYTIME I go to the receptionist, they always mention how none of the other insurances require this, and they always think it's strange. But, overall, I'm VERY happy with healthy paws
