When a virus attacked my computer and shut it down so I could not get it restarted even with a CD boot-up - and I had Norton Antivirus(just basic program) at the time - my son's IT tech at work downloaded free Malwarebytes from CD Net or CNet - can't recall what site called. So as long as I had that computer, I ran both Norton and Malwarebytes. Then when I got this computer, I purchased a more robust Internet protection antivirus package from Norton.

If you are getting these kind of email notices when you have sent none, you might look into getting some additional type of antivirus/firewall, etc., protection. Course I know even then you can get virus but might try it.
