We Tried Over The Counter Stuff And We Later Found Out That It Does Not Work. My Baby Had Tape Worm When He Was A Puppy And We Had To Take Him To The Vet. The Worms Die Almost Instantly One Or Two Poops And They Are Gone. If You Still See Worms Than Yes He Needs To Be Wormed. My Dog Also Did The Sliding Across The Floor When He Had Worms. The Vet Says That They Feel Them Wiggling And Poop Out A Little And It Itches And Sometimes You Just Think That They Have Poop Stuck To Them. Go See A Vet.
