Hi! Not to worry too much. Because dogs are not shaved before getting a vaccine, occassionally a tiny piece of skin or dander can be carried in under the skin with the needle. The lump is usually a clump of cells sent to encapsulate the 'invader' and should disappear on it's own within a few months.

I would keep the vet informed of any changes in shape or size.
