I mean, I wouldn't worry. She's on the Advantix, right? Anything that was on probably was dead before it was too much in there. Plus it takes 24-48 hours, I believe, for a tick to spread anything.

Also, stuff like lymes won't even show up for months. When Jackson came up limping from lymes, vet said it was most likely from a tick from months and months before.

He tests negative now for lymes so I guess it's cleared up. But even a positive test doesn't even necessarily mean they HAVE lymes. It's confusing.
