But she likes to get right up next to me, she puts her little butt in the curve of my neck and lays on the pillow. Of course I get peed on at least once every night, but I would never take her out of my bed. I have to bathe her every morning because she has pee from the waist down. Does anyone know what causes this or do you know of a treatment? The vet has tried her on a couple of meds but they didn't work. I sure could use your help.

Have you considered seeing a specialist that may be able to help her more than a regular vet? You could ask for a referral from your vet.
There are disposable little doggie diapers that you can buy. Have you considered using them?
