This is true, as for us all
.Wings have more skin than is worth the bother. Too much skin = gastric upset. Also, a choking hazard, as are necks. Though I do know people who give them to toy breeds.

The
preferred method is whole, yes; stripping skin and fat. A whole leg at one sitting is too much for a yorkie's caloric needs however, since bone is high in calories, and that's a lot of meat for one meal.
