I've been feeding Prey Model Raw for about 8 months now and researching it for much longer than that. I feed chicken necks and wings all the time. In fact they're the perfect size for Yorkies and the bones in the wings and necks are the softest and easiest for them to handle. Nancy i would assume Joey is a gulper, when first introducing meaty bone meals to dogs they tend to get so excited they forego the chewing and skip straight to the swallowing
. A trick to get them to chew is to hold one end of it while they chew on the other, eventually it will click that they have to chew up the bones well before swallowing.
