I am a new convert to a holitstic vet and am extremely pleased with them to date and their treatment methods, so I'm gonna put my two cents in and suggest maybe a wee visit to a holistic vet for their opinion.
They tend not to over medicate and use more natural remedies which puts less strain on a not properly functioning or failing organ.
And so weird all these processed kibbles and vets saying protein bad corn meal good, a more natural diet allows the dogs body to take what it needs without fillers. |
Lean cuts of pork like tederloin or center cut loin are not fatty. There is little fat in tenderloin, especially pasture-raised pork. Not sure if you are referring to pork in kibble or pork in general. My comments relate to grocery or farmers market purchased pork. My dog is able to eat pork without a problem, and he's on very very low fat for the rest of his life due to pancreatitis.
