Well yea... me too, but aren't they some what the same thing.
A Spirit leaves our body when we pass and goes to the other side, where ever that may be.
Ghosts are lost spirits that have more of a presence here on earth. Who have not moved on.... there is something that is holding them back from making their journey to the other side.
