Monique, I find it interesting that your one and only post on YorkieTalk is in defense of this trainer. Do you, by chance, work with her?

Joy had shared her excited anticipation of this seminar prior to going. I see nothing wrong with her letting us know that it didn't turn out as hoped. You should also note that this trainer - whoever she is - has only been referred to as "Brenda". I haven't a clue who she is as there are alot of Brendas in the world; I think you'd have a hard time proving slander.
