Just throwing this out there because I like you looked up liver shunts, seizures you name it and it wasn't until we went to Neurologist that we were told Georgie had Altanto-axial luxation (I have attached info below) The reason people probably see me post this on every thread with similar symptoms is because we spent 2 months and way to much money at the Vet who had no clue what was going on. I would ask for an x-ray right away. Georgie and I are praying for you and Bentley.
