PLEASE consider a rescue female. These are dogs that have for one reason or another, been surrendered by their owners....these are not "problem children" or "unhealthy and sickly" dogs....although there are some of those available if you want that challenge! These are wonderful, loved pets that have lost their mommas and daddys for whatever reason, and are just trying to find another caring human to take them in and share the rest of their life with them.
