Try not to worry Somi will be as good as new
Georgie (he is less than 4lbs as well) had all the procedures done at once and I felt it was better than putting him under multiple time. He has always had a puppy cut so it wasn't a huge difference but it did take awhile for the hair to grow back. Please keep us posted.
