I can totally relate. Georgie was completely fine with Isaiah (skin kid) as a baby when he didn't move much but as he started to crawl and walk he wasn't too happy! I swear I tell people Georgie was just waiting for the day we sent him back! I think it takes time to get them used to not always being the center of attention. I also think in helping Isaiah learn to be gentle it also helped build Georgie's trust in Isaiah. When Isaiah pets Georgie it's with one of our hands holding his so Georgie knows it's ok. Isaiah is now 4 and Georgie still isn't a fan but he basically keeps his distance which is fine with all involved. A baby/toddler is definitely a change for our furbabies but just hang in there and let your furbaby know that your grandaughter isn't a threat. Good luck!
