Kris could you clarify exactly what this means. Does this mean ALL states now will accept a waiver for health reasons? If so does that mean it it in effect immediately? Once a pet has a waiver in place is it only good for one year, then renewable for the following years, as needed? Because as of now many states do not accept waivers.

By the way, THANK YOU and the good doctors so much for all your doing for our pets well being and keep up the good fight!
