Kris could you clarify exactly what this means. Does this mean ALL states now will accept a waiver for health reasons? If so does that mean it it in effect immediately? Once a pet has a waiver in place is it only good for one year, then renewable for the following years, as needed? Because as of now many states do not accept waivers.
