Well you need to remember she is very young and should still be with her mom and siblings until 12 weeks so she is probably having a bit of separation anxiety they make a thing called a snuggle pal or something like that and it has a heart beat in it that might help. Also when she starts crying take her out and to the potty and then put her back in and you have to ignore her other wise when you take her out she will know that if she cries you will take her out. It also might help to put a blanket over the crate I did this with Callie but made sure to leave the blanket rolled up on one of the small sides so she could see me. Having a new pup is hard work and you probably wont get a lot of sleep the first few weeks but it turns out to be well worth it. Good luck and Welcome to YorkieTalk.
